extraarticular bifocal fracture of proximal humerus – внесуставной бифокальный (трехфрагментный) перелом проксимального отдела плечевой кости (перелом типа 11-B по классификации AO/OTA, см. AO/OTA Fracture and Dislocation Classification); к данному типу относятся: 11-B1 − вколоченный перелом проксимального метаэпифза плечевой кости (см. extraarticular bifocal fracture of proximal humerus with metaphyseal impaction), 11-B2 − невколоченный перелом проксимального метаэпифза плечевой кости (см. extraarticular bifocal fracture of proximal humerus without metaphyseal impaction) и 11-B3 − переломовывих проксимального метаэпифза плечевой кости (см. extraarticular bifocal fracture of proximal humerus with glenohumeral dislocation).
